how about hiring some pro and tell him/her your requirements. it would be a much appropriate way if you are looking to build a professional website. else you can install wordpress on your hosting and then a template to carry on.

All you gotta do it Modify them with html Editor, then modify the CSS sheets,
Google in or Check out w3school.com to learn Coding html, and css as your learning.

Then eventually once you familiarize yourself with coding you can move onto bigger Projects.
